Frequently asked questions
How fast do I get my photos?
Exactly 2 hours after your shoot ends you receive a download link with retouched photos AND every original. In time to post before you leave Vietnam.
How much is the deposit? What's the cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit via PayPal or international card. Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full refund; within 48 hours the deposit is kept. The balance is paid after your shoot.
What if it rains?
One free reschedule. If your travel dates can't fit a new slot, you get a 100% deposit refund.
What should I bring?
Just yourself — outfits, accessories, makeup and hair are all included. Bring one personal outfit if you'd like extra shots in it.
Which cities do you cover?
All nine: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Sapa, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Da Lat — with local teams on the ground.
Does the team speak English?
Yes — your crew communicates comfortably in English, with chat support in Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
