Booking & pickup

Deposit ranges from 1,500,000đ – 3,500,000đ depending on the costume; premium sets or special accessories may require a separate deposit quote.
Late return: 50,000đ/hour surcharge; if it affects the next booking, extra costs will be advised based on the actual case.
The deposit is refunded after inspection. If any cost occurs, Gao Nau will explain the item clearly before deducting from the deposit.

Booking & pickup

  • Your rental is held after Gao Nau confirms the costume, size, pickup date and return date with you.
  • Deposit ranges from 1,500,000đ – 3,500,000đ depending on the costume; premium sets or special accessories may require a separate deposit quote.
  • At pickup, customers pay the full rental fee + deposit and provide a photo of an ID card, passport or valid identification.
  • Please try on and inspect the size, zipper, seams and accessories at the studio before pickup.

Return & deposit refund

  • Rental time follows the confirmed package (4 hours, 8 hours or 1 day); multi-day rentals should be arranged in advance.
  • On return, Gao Nau checks the costume, accessories, garment bag and hanger before refunding the deposit if everything is in original condition.
  • Late return: 50,000đ/hour surcharge; if it affects the next booking, extra costs will be advised based on the actual case.
  • Local delivery or hotel handoff can be arranged by schedule; round-trip transport fees are paid by the customer if applicable.

Care & compensation

  • Do not wash, bleach, iron at high heat, alter, cut or glue anything onto the costume. Contact Gao Nau first if urgent handling is needed.
  • Light stains, loose seams, small tears or missing minor accessories: cleaning/repair/replacement fee from 50,000đ – 300,000đ or actual cost.
  • Major damage, stains that cannot be cleaned, lost costume or main accessories: compensation of 70 – 100% of the set value or replacement cost.
  • The deposit is refunded after inspection. If any cost occurs, Gao Nau will explain the item clearly before deducting from the deposit.

Common questions before renting costumes for a photo & beauty journey in Vietnam.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking 3–7 days ahead to secure the right style and size. Peak seasons, group bookings or multiple outfits should be confirmed earlier.

Are accessories included?

Each set includes basic accessories depending on availability. Special accessories, props, shoes, makeup or photography packages are quoted separately.

Can I try on before renting?

Yes. You can try on at the studio. For remote pickup, please send height, weight and basic measurements, then inspect the items as soon as you receive them.

What if I need another style or size?

Please tell us right after try-on or pickup. Gao Nau will help exchange if a suitable style/size is available and it does not affect another booking.

Do you support multi-day or out-of-city rentals?

Yes, with advance notice of pickup/return dates and usage location. Multi-day fee, transport, care requirements and deposit may be quoted per costume.

When is the deposit refunded?

The deposit is refunded after Gao Nau checks all costumes and accessories, usually the same day or within 24 hours. Any deduction is explained first.
