Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Rescheduling a Photoshoot
- Free rescheduling when notified at least 24 hours in advance
- For notice less than 24 hours: the Company will do its best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it
2. Cancellation and Refunds

| Within 24 hours or no-show | No refund |
Refund processing time: 7–14 business days via bank transfer.
3. Reshoot / Editing
- Errors caused by the Company (wrong concept, technical errors, wrong agreed costume): free reshoot within 7 days
- Editing beyond the service package: charged according to the current price list
4. Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, or other events of force majeure, both parties will agree to reschedule or arrange a 100% refund.
