2. Resolution Process

Receipt and acknowledgement
Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint

Within 3 business days

Proposed resolution
Within 5 business days

Implementation of the resolution
Within 7 business days
Maximum total resolution time: 15 business days from the date of receipt.
3. Dispute Resolution
If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the competent authority in accordance with Vietnamese law.
